- When can I check in?
- Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM (midnight). You'll need a valid photo ID and a credit card. Guests must be at least 21 years old to check in.
- Have the rooms been recently updated?
- Yes — we recently renovated all rooms with new flooring, fresh paint, and new beds. We're proud of where the property is today and think you'll notice the difference the moment you walk in.
- When is check-out?
- Check-out is any time up to 11:00 AM. Early morning check-out is no problem — perfect for crews with early starts. Fees apply for late check-out after 11:00 AM.
- Do you serve breakfast?
- No — we don't offer breakfast. That helps us keep our nightly rates among the best in Grand Island. There are restaurants nearby on S. Locust St and along Highway 30.
- Is WiFi free?
- Yes. Free WiFi is available in all guest rooms and throughout the property.
- Is parking free?
- Yes. Free parking is available on site, with room for larger vehicles including trucks, vans, and trailers. You can park near your room.
- Is smoking allowed?
- No. Island Inn is a completely smoke-free property, including all guest rooms and common areas.
- Are pets allowed?
- Pets are not allowed. Service animals are always welcome.
- Is there a refrigerator in the room?
- Yes. Every guest room includes a refrigerator.
- Do you have cribs or extra beds?
- Cribs and rollaway beds are not available.
- Are children welcome?
- Yes, children of all ages are welcome. Guests age 13 and older are charged as adults.
- Do you have accessible rooms?
- We have ground-floor rooms available. We don't have designated wheelchair-accessible rooms — please call us about your needs and we'll do our best to help.
- What languages do you speak?
- Our front desk staff speaks English and Spanish (Se Habla Español).
- What is your cancellation policy?
- Cancellation policies vary depending on how you booked. Please call the front desk at (308) 382-1815 and we'll help you.
- How do I get there from I-80?
- Take the I-80 exit for S. Locust St in Grand Island. Head south on S. Locust St — we're at 2311 S Locust St, on the east side of the road. Look for our sign with the tree.
- Is there a casino nearby?
- Yes — Grand Island Casino Resort is less than a mile away. Easy drive, and we're here when you get back.
